Mr. Avram, a Crossroads Founder, serves as Chairman of the Board providing leadership in defining strategic goals.
As a 60 year veteran of the kitchen industry, Mr. Avram's experience encompasses manufacturing, wholesale, design/sales, retail, Computer Aided Design educator, warehousing, and logistics. His demonstrated success in every aspect of the industry provides Crossroads with unique perspective and vision.
His innate ability to recognize and surround himself with talent and then to carefully mentor has been a defining attribute for his success and continues with the assemblage of the Crossroads Executive team.
John is married and has three sons and a daughter.
